At Polytope Labs, we’re building the future of blockchain interoperability and financial infrastructure.

As we prepare to launch HyperFX — our upcoming fintech product designed to bridge modern financial experiences with decentralized infrastructure — we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Manager to help shape our brand, storytelling, and market presence.

We’re looking for someone who can translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives and drive awareness across fintech, Web3, and mainstream audiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead marketing and communications initiatives for Polytope Labs and HyperFX
• Develop and execute product launch campaigns, brand campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Manage content across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, blogs, newsletters, and other channels
• Work closely with product and leadership teams to shape messaging and positioning
• Coordinate PR, partnerships, media communications, and ecosystem announcements
• Support events, conferences, community engagement, and brand visibility efforts
• Create compelling narratives around our products, technology, and vision
• Track campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in marketing, communications, brand strategy, or growth roles
• Strong understanding of fintech, blockchain, Web3, or digital finance ecosystems
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging content
• Experience managing social media and digital campaigns
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a fintech, blockchain, or crypto startup
• Experience launching new products or brands
• Familiarity with financial products, payments, DeFi, or digital assets
• Existing network within fintech or Web3 ecosystems

Work Structure:

• Full-time
• Hybrid work arrangement
