Marketing, Content & Digital Growth Manager

I am looking for a highly capable marketing professional to work directly with me across my business portfolio - spanning technology (MSP), film, art, and a children's book brand. The ideal candidate should reside in Lagos as we are building a team there.

Pay Scale: ₦400,000 to ₦500,000 per month (paid in fixed GBP)

This is not a standard marketing job. You will work closely with the principal, with real ownership over brand, content, and growth strategy across four brands simultaneously. The right person will be someone who thrives with autonomy and has the skills to back it up.

Responsibilities

• Creating content daily using AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, and others
• Managing GoHighLevel CRM - deploying campaigns, email sequences, and marketing assets
• Running paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Growing our social media presence and conducting proactive LinkedIn outreach
• Designing graphics and editing short-form videos (CapCut / Premiere)
• Developing brand guidelines and owning the content calendar across all brands
• Generating appointment bookings from cold prospects for the MSP
• Producing weekly and monthly performance reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a digital marketing or content management role
• Strong command of AI tools and genuine daily use of them
• GoHighLevel CRM experience
• Proven paid social advertising background
• Excellent written English - you will write on my behalf
• Self-managed, organised, and proactive
