Marketing Coordinator

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Swiss team and in particular the local Marketing team of short and long-term marketing strategies as well as operational and administrative tasks and is responsible for maintaining the Swiss website and the coordination and organization of sponsoring activities.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of marketing relevant projects and coordination of external agencies
• Support of the execution of market, competition and target group analysis (e.g. market share analysis for defined products)
• Support of the execution of marketing activities (e.g. creation of mailings or marketing materials for the field force)
• Support the management of the marketing budget
• Assistance in price monitoring and price adjustments
• Administration and development of the national web site
• Administration of digital content for remote selling tools and online communication/marketing.
• Creation and revision of presentations, diagrams and tables
• Application for product codes with HCI-Solution/Ref-Data (national healthcare product codes).
• Coordination of sponsoring activities and maintenance of contracts and organization of presence at congresses and symposia

The Person

You are a native speaker of German or French and have good oral and written skills in the other language. As the company language is English, you are also fluent in written and spoken English. You have some experience in the field of marketing or trade.

You will be able to demonstrate Skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel).
