Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and results-driven marketing professional to join our marketing and business development team and help support its growth in the US and internationally. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will help develop, implement, execute, measure, and optimize a broad range of marketing initiatives designed to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Responsibilities
Prospect List Management
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using relevant tools and data sources.
- Segment lists based on geography, industry, verticals, and other relevant criteria.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
Content Creation & Prospect Journey
- Personalize, implement, localize and optimize “prospect journey” to nurture prospects. through several touchpoints (offline + online) until the moment they are ready to buy.
- Build a content calendar aligned with the journey’s requirements that will also drive Social and Web activities.
- Coordinate the creation of the design, translations, localization and production of marketing assets (e.g. literature, videos, etc.).
- Ensure delivery of content across platforms, according to calendar schedule.
Website Management
- Implement strategies such as SEO to drive inbound leads through our global websites.
- Optimize website content and design for lead capture.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to maximize conversion rates.
- Support ongoing website maintenance through regular updates and collaboration with internal and external IT teams.
Outbound Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including cold email, digital ads, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop compelling messaging and personalized content tailored to specific target audiences.
- Coordinate the logistics to ensure the success of events (e.g. tradeshows, webinars, partner events, lunch & learns, etc.)

Reporting, Innovation & Strategy
Apply A/B testing principles to improve campaign performance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine lead generation strategies.
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement opportunities to improve marketing team performance through AI and automation.
Track marketing initiative results and provide actionable recommendations.

Desired Competencies & Experience
- Relevant degree or experience in business, marketing, sales or IT
- 0-3 years working in digital marketing or similar
- Have used a CRM before, examples: Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, Creatio
- Passion (or interest) for automation and AI in business settings/marketing
- Experience with automation and data tools such as Apollo, Clay, Make, Zapier, Browse, n8n…
- Knowledge of the software market, including ERP, CRM, WMS, e-commerce, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience marketing to small and midsize manufacturing and distribution businesses is a plus.
