We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support branch infrastructure, capabilities, and acquisition readiness for a large-scale card services organization. This role focuses on translating credit card product strategy into executable offers across a nationwide branch network and ensuring seamless end-to-end execution, testing, and validation within a complex retail ecosystem.

This is a highly execution-focused role with the majority of time spent on testing, validation, and cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage components of the credit card release readiness process for consumer and business products
  • Translate product and channel strategy into executable offers within the branch channel
  • Partner closely with product owners to support multiple product lines and pre-approved offer structures
  • Build, operationalize, and execute offers across the retail ecosystem
  • Provide clear, detailed implementation instructions to technology and execution partners
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing, validation, and release readiness activities
  • Partner with QA and testing teams to create test plans and ensure execution aligns with expectations
  • Validate content, rules, and offer sequencing to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify friction points in the acquisition experience and partner with product and tech teams to develop solutions
  • Manage coordination across product, marketing execution, technology, and testing teams
  • Support ongoing platform modernization and branch capability enhancements

Project Environment:

  • Approximately three major coordinated releases per year
  • Each release includes 7–8 product or offer changes
  • Release planning begins 4–5 months in advance
  • Heavy coordination with marketing execution, product owners, technology, and testers
  • Significant focus on test environment stability, rule validation, and execution accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing complex testing and validation processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
  • Experience navigating approvals, execution workflows, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Skilled in cross-functional communication, negotiation, and alignment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business direction and priorities
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Background:

  • Marketing execution, campaign management, or offer readiness experience
  • Experience launching products or campaigns across multiple stakeholders
  • Business banking or business card experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with complex technical and rule-based platforms

Tools and Work Environment:

  • Heavy use of Excel
  • Tools and platforms evolving as part of ongoing modernization initiatives

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $32-33/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
