We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Charlottesville, VA to identify a polished and detail-oriented professional to join their team in a dynamic, multi-faceted role supporting marketing, business development, and front office operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Support marketing and business development initiatives, including events, client communications, and promotional materials
- Assist with the coordination and execution of seminars, client events, and networking programs
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and attorney marketing materials
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and conference room logistics
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including document preparation and coordination of internal meetings
- Assist with tracking business development activities and maintaining marketing content
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of experience in administrative, marketing, or professional services environment (law firm experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with a strong client-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
