About the role

Responsibilities

  • The development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
  • Design basic marketing materials using tools such as Canva (social posts, brochures, presentations, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule social media posts and track performance metrics
  • Support the management of company websites, including content updates and blog uploads
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or similar role
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advantageous)
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools (advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
