Role
We are an established company looking for a logical, entry-level professional to join our marketing team who loves data, embraces hard problems, and has the perseverance to untangle complex systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the core data operations that support our sales and marketing efforts.
You will start by learning our foundational data management and administrative processes. As you grow, a key part of this position will be learning to leverage AI tools and Salesforce functionalities to optimize your workflow. You will work with and be supported by a seasoned Marketing Manager and team of marketing professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to learn a powerful CRM system from the inside out and play a critical role in a collaborative team environment.

- Skilled Problem Solver: You don’t need to be an experienced manager or database administrator, but you must have a strong aptitude for logic and troubleshooting.

- Eager to Learn: You are excited by the prospect of learning Salesforce and modern AI data tools, and you want to be a reliable, integral part of a growing company.

Key Characteristics
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Education
- High School graduate, Diploma required.
- A college degree in a relevant discipline is preferred (IT training a plus).
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Work environment: medium-paced, minimal noise, team orientation with solo projects. In-person at the office in Hagerstown.
Rewards
- Pay rate: $23 to $34 an hour, depending upon experience and demonstrated ability.
