About the Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Digital Manager to manage and deliver end-to-end marketing activities across multiple channels for our clients.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can think strategically, execute campaigns, and manage digital projects from concept to completion - including social media, email marketing, and website design.
The ideal candidate will be confident working across different industries and brands, with the ability to adapt tone, visuals, and messaging accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels
- Identify target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly
- Track performance and optimise campaigns based on results
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Design graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva
- Write captions and content that align with brand tone and objectives
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Website & Digital Projects
- Design, build, and manage websites using WordPress
- Deliver website projects from concept to launch (including structure, content, and design)
- Optimise websites for user experience and conversions
- Perform basic SEO setup and ongoing updates
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements and feedback
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email campaigns across various industries
- Build and manage email lists and segmentation
- Write and design email newsletters and automations
- Analyse performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns
Client & Project Management
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Present ideas, concepts, and updates in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand standards
Requirements
Essential
- 2-4+ years’ experience in a marketing / digital role
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Experience with social media content creation and management
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Experience building and managing websites using WordPress
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
Desirable
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience working with multiple brands or industries
- Understanding of branding and visual identity
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Video editing or motion graphics experience
