We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our client in the Lansdale, PA area. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with experience in B2B marketing and a strong background in brand positioning within the manufacturing industry (construction, building materials, or similar). You will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive measurable business growth.

Candidates must have B2B manufacturing industry and leadership experience to be considered. This position is 5 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media, Google Ads, and email marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand positioning efforts to strengthen market presence and align with company objectives.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other marketing platforms to manage campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and refine strategies using Google Analytics and other tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports lead generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives to inform future strategies.
  • Ability to manage large scale marketing budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B strategies.
  • Must have leadership experience.
  • Background in the manufacturing industry or similar sector is required.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and positioning principles.
