Your Contribution
Objective
Short term - As an integral part of the sales & marketing team to drive achievement of company targets
Long-term - To develop robust strategic & operational marketing plans to support company
Development and implementation of an effective China business development plan and marketing strategy in close coordination with the global product & strategic marketing and business units
Work with sales leaders to develop and implement business process improvement and operation plan / actions and to develop and execute clear and consistent marketing strategies for products in different market segments / applications
Effectively manage a marketing team consisting of application specialists / managers and Marcom Manager to formulate and drive relevant sales support activities e.g. product demonstrations, presentations, trade shows, product trainings, etc. in daily basis
Responsibilities
- Definition of market and sales / pricing strategies by customer segments, products and applications in collaboration with Global Business Units and local sales leaders to define relevant product and market strategies
- Be an important channel to regularly communicate with Global Product & Business teams on local market trends and market needs
- Work with sales leaders to develop field sales actions plan for various market segments
- Actively involve in the annual budget planning process and mid range strategic planning
- Oversee the development and production of marketing communications materials and tools e.g. brochures, advertisements, company website and trade events, etc.
- Daily management of the applications team to deliver effective sales support activities in the market
- Work with sales leaders on the development of KOL programs and retention of KOLs
- Regular report to the company on sales trend / price analysis and recommend actions for improvement
- Regular update to the company on market competition development
- Set up "new product launch" process and develop effective product launch plan to support new product launches
- Be responsible for the business performance of key products in the market. Possessing in-depth knowledge about the life science research and diagnostic market segments
- Formulation and execution of marketing strategies for key products in the market
- Control and efficient use of company resources to support the achievement of sales and operational targets
- Provide coaching and supervisions for the team and develop appropriate development programs for key talents
Your Background

- Master in Life Science subjects with equivalent 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Pre-launch product development skills
- Project management skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
