Proclinical is seeking an experienced International Marketing Director to join a biopharmaceutical organisation to support strategic and tactical marketing activities across a rare disease portfolio, including the amyloidosis therapeutic area. This role focuses on adapting global strategies to local market needs, enabling effective execution, and fostering collaboration across regional and country teams. The position plays a key role in supporting product lifecycle and launch activities within an international commercial environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global and local product teams to gather market insights and tailor strategies and tactics.
- Support and challenge country teams in localizing strategies and monitoring execution.
- Assist in strategic and tactical planning, including patient flow coverage, positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive patient identification programs and solutions.
- Partner with market access teams to develop pricing strategies and innovative value propositions.
- Ensure high-quality forecasting and resource allocation for critical launch activities.
- Track launch execution and provide early course corrections as needed.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional regional product team for seamless launch management.
- Provide input to global program teams to support lifecycle management and global strategy development.
- Develop tactical materials tailored to the international context, including marketing materials and congress activities.
- Coordinate supporting functions to ensure intelligent collaboration and avoid overlap.
- Collaborate with medical teams and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent); a science background is preferred.
- Strong commercial experience in pharma/biotech, particularly in rare diseases or specialty pharma.
- Knowledge of the TTR therapeutic area and experience in successful product launches.
- Expertise in specialty care commercialization in international geographies, including market access.
- Proven experience in marketing and commercial strategy at country, regional, or global levels.
- Strong business and financial acumen with strategic thinking and execution leadership.
- Ability to lead multi-country matrix teams and ensure outstanding execution.
- Inspirational leadership skills with emotional intelligence and organizational flexibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including fluent English.
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and legal rules for commercial activities.
