As we scale our portfolio and expand our market presence, we are seeking a Marketing Director to take full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and revenue impact.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic, revenue-focused Marketing Director who can architect and execute a modern marketing engine for a real estate business.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for:

  • Building and owning the end-to-end marketing strategy
  • Driving qualified deal flow and revenue growth
  • Leveraging AI tools and automation to create scalable marketing systems

You will work directly with leadership to connect marketing performance to real business outcomes—including acquisitions, investor interest, and pipeline growth.

This is not a traditional brand role. This is a growth and revenue role.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and own the company’s full marketing strategy tied to revenue outcomes
  • Identify and prioritize channels that directly contribute to deal flow, acquisitions, and ROI
  • Build a scalable growth engine that consistently generates qualified opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to align marketing with investment and expansion goals

AI Integration & Marketing Systems

  • Identify and implement AI tools to improve:
    • Content creation
    • Lead generation
    • Campaign optimization
    • Workflow automation
  • Build automated marketing systems and funnels that reduce manual effort and increase output
  • Continuously test and deploy new AI-driven growth strategies

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and optimize high-converting funnels for:

    • Investor inquiries
    • Property interest
  • Improve landing pages, user journeys, and conversion paths
  • Implement systems for lead capture, tracking, and nurturing

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Develop a content strategy that drives trust and inbound leads
  • Position the company as an authority in:
    • Real estate investment

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track:
    • Campaign performance
    • Lead quality
    • ROI by channel
  • Use data to continuously refine strategy and improve results

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing
  • Strong experience in performance marketing (paid + organic)
  • Experience building lead generation funnels and conversion systems
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to tie marketing to business outcomes
  • Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, property development, or investment marketing
