About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Event Manager to lead the planning, promotion, and execution of our events and marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic marketing expertise with hands‐on event management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
You will oversee event logistics, manage marketing campaigns, coordinate vendors and partners, and ensure every project is executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, conferences, and activations from concept to completion
- Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and on‐site logistics
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, staffing, and run‐of‐show
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth execution
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a calm, solution‐oriented presence during events
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, programs, and brand initiatives
- Create and manage content across email, social media, website, and print materials
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external partners to produce high‐quality marketing assets
- Track campaign performance and provide data‐driven recommendations
- Maintain brand voice and messaging across all channels
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, partners, and clients
- Prepare post‐event reports, analytics, and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to stay calm, resourceful, and proactive under pressure
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Creative thinker with a “can‐do” attitude and strong attention to detail
