We're currently looking for a Branch Manager who can lead a high-performing team, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure our customers leave satisfied every time. What You'll Do

Digital Advertising, Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns to improve results (click-through rates, conversions, cost per lead)
  • Track and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
  • Build dashboards and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Identify trends in traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths
  • Partner with internal teams to connect marketing activity to business results

Marketing Communications & Content

  • Collaborate with sales team members and vendor partners
  • Prepare, coordinate, and distribute bi-monthly/quarterly sales flyers promoting company services and events.
  • Develop and release quarterly company newsletters that highlight updates across branches, key sales wins, product launches, and vendor spotlights.
  • Execute email and text blast campaigns (MailChimp, Prokeep) for sales promotions, training events, and customer programs.
  • Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content creation that reflects industry trends, shop activity, product features, and community engagement.
  • Support SEO and digital marketing efforts by reviewing blogs, approving content, and monitoring performance.

Event & Meeting Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer and internal events.
  • Coordinate company charitable giving events, donations, and partnerships.
  • Oversee all event logistics such as venue booking, catering, invitations, RSVP tracking, signage, branded giveaways, and technician/employee gift items.

Vendor & Program Management

  • Manage the annual Marketing Program, securing vendor commitments tied to promotional calendars and sales initiatives.
  • Track vendor invoices, credits, and co-op funds; follow up on outstanding payments or documentation.
  • Coordinate company merchandise orders (uniforms, hats, hoodies, shop gear) and maintain marketing and apparel inventory.
  • Ensure Platinum and Gold vendors receive co-branded items and properly executed recognition.
  • Support vendor spiff programs (e.g., Kit Masters Spiff), including communication, tracking, and monthly reporting.

General Administration & Support

  • Monitor, track, and respond to Google Reviews for all locations to support customer experience initiatives.
  • Update and distribute annual wall and small calendars used by branches, customers, and technicians.
  • Track and manage all marketing expenses, vendor credits, and budget alignment.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ads, analytics, and SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical information for customers and internal audiences.
  • Proficient with social media management, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic development tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with vendors, technicians, sales teams, and branch managers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in heavy-duty truck, automotive, or industrial distribution.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Primarily an office setting with frequent travel to branch locations, customer sites, and event venues (indoor and outdoor). Exposure to typical warehouse or shop environments may occur during event setup or vendor visits.
  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods to complete marketing, content, and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during events, trade shows, or on-site activities.
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and move event materials, signage, merchandise, or equipment, typically up to 25–35 lbs.
