Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing / Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing team in delivering high-quality visual and content-driven work.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real client and brand work, providing an excellent opportunity to build practical experience and a professional portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print platforms, including:
- Social media graphics
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Digital ads
- Presentations and event materials
- Print collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management
- Contribute to campaign ideation and broader marketing strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions
- Support tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics
- Assist with slide creation for marketing events and presentations
- Manage basic administrative and print coordination tasks
Requirements
- Recently completed degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Working knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Canva and/or Figma (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, colour)
- Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Must be willing and able to work full-time onsite in Constantia, Cape Town
