Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing / Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing team in delivering high-quality visual and content-driven work.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real client and brand work, providing an excellent opportunity to build practical experience and a professional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print platforms, including:
    • Social media graphics
    • Email campaigns and newsletters
    • Digital ads
    • Presentations and event materials
    • Print collateral
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
  • Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and broader marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions
  • Support tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics
  • Assist with slide creation for marketing events and presentations
  • Manage basic administrative and print coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Recently completed degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Canva and/or Figma (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, colour)
  • Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
  • Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Must be willing and able to work full-time onsite in Constantia, Cape Town
