Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and building brands that actually mean something? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Growth Intern to join Amora, an emerging intimacy and plant-based wellness brand at the intersection of sexual wellness and plant medicine.

This paid, part-time internship (10 hours/week) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience building a DTC brand from the ground up. As a key contributor, you will help drive social growth, support revenue-generating initiatives, and execute creative marketing strategies across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, creative, and excited to take ownership of real work that directly impacts business growth. In addition to hourly pay, this role includes commission and potential equity upside, giving you the opportunity to grow alongside the brand. Duties

• Assist in developing and executing growth strategies across social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
• Support the setup and optimization of TikTok Shop and affiliate/creator programs to drive direct-to-consumer sales.
• Identify and outreach to influencers and creators for product seeding, partnerships, and affiliate opportunities.
• Assist in creating engaging content, including short-form video concepts, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with the Amora brand voice.
• Monitor performance of campaigns and social content; track key metrics and provide insights to improve growth and conversion.
• Collaborate on guerrilla marketing initiatives and creative brand activations to increase awareness and engagement.
• Support website and landing page optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Assist with managing relationships with creators and affiliates to ensure consistent promotion and performance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Support broader marketing and growth initiatives as the brand scales.

Skills

• Strong interest in social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram growth strategies.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including content strategy, influencer marketing, and DTC sales.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for outreach and relationship building with influencers and partners.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, TikTok Shop, or affiliate platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take initiative and execute quickly.
• Interest in wellness, intimacy, and/or plant-based products is a strong plus.
