Marketing & Growth Lead

Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing & Growth Lead to drive growth across our multi-location pediatric dental and orthodontic practices in New York City. You’ll own a mix of digital marketing and community-based outreach, supporting three distinct brands while keeping a consistent, high-quality patient experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to see their work directly translate into patient growth.

You will work closely with our senior leadership and local office managers to plan and execute campaigns, strengthen referral relationships, and build brand visibility in the communities we serve.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels, including content calendars, posting, and community engagement.
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Lead the creation and distribution of print materials (flyers, referral cards, in-office collateral) and branded gifts.
• Build and manage relationships with schools, pediatricians, community organizations, and local businesses to drive referrals.
• Partner with office managers to localize outreach efforts by neighborhood and patient demographics.
• Coordinate external partners such as designers, printers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Support and help oversee AI-assisted content and social media workflows as part of our marketing stack.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement (healthcare, dental, or multi-location services a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and basic analytics.
• Experience running both digital and offline campaigns (e.g., local events, print, referral programs).
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple brands and locations at once.
• Comfortable collaborating with executives, office managers, and external vendors.
• Self-starter mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to work with limited day-to-day oversight.

Work setup & Compensation

• Contract position.
• Approximately 50% in-person for office visits, outreach activities, and meetings; 50% remote.
• Flexible schedule based on campaign timelines and office needs.
• Occasional meetings outside of standard 9–5 hours to coordinate with remote team members in other time zones.
• Contract rate (hourly or monthly retainer) aligned with NYC market rates for Marketing Lead/Manager roles.
• Performance-based bonus potential tied to agreed KPIs (e.g., growth in referrals, social media engagement, and lead volume), paid quarterly.
