Zoī is a deeptech startup at the intersection of medicine and wellness, founded by Ismaël Emelien and Paul Dupuy. In 2022, they raised 20M Euros in seed capital from leading investors, among which, Stéphane Bancel, Xavier Niel, Jean Marie Messier, Rodolphe Saadé.
By combining advances in medicine, data science and behavioral science, Zoī provides its members with a state-of-the art 360° medical check-up, followed by a personalized digital support system to help them improving their quality of life and healthspan.
The three pillars of Zoī
- A network of high-end health centers where members meet their medical team, undergo their check-up and start their preventive health journey
- An algorithm and technology suite facilitating the work of the medical team to analyze holistically the thousand data points collected during the medical check-up and make personalized recommendations for members
- A mobile application that helps members take daily action to implement recommendations and make qualitative changes in their lives
Your Missions
Content & communications
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and client communications.
- Draft high-quality client-facing materials (decks, one-pagers, proposals).
- Help shape and maintain Zoī’s external voice: premium, consistent, human.
Marketing operations & systems
- Build and optimise marketing workflows (HubSpot, Notion, and other tools).
- Track performance of campaigns and iterate based on insights and data.
- Identify inefficiencies and design better, scalable processes.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution, improve quality, and increase output.
Sales & growth support
- Support the creation of sales and pitch materials for the business development team.
- Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives for strategic prospects.
- Help structure and nurture relationships with current and future clients.
Who You Are
- You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with senior audiences and high-quality expectations.
- You are structured, curious, and execution-driven. You don’t just document, you think in systems, improvements, and scale.
- You have a strong sense of design and aesthetics, you understand how to translate a brand into simple, minimal, and premium visual and written execution.
- You have a strong creativity, with the ability to think beyond the obvious and bring original ideas.
We're looking for
- Final-year student in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent (Grande École or university).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable with tools (CRM, Notion, AI tools, no-code platforms).
- Exposure to marketing, content creation, or growth environments (internships, student projects, or side projects).
- Strong bias for action and execution.
- Ability to manage high volume while maintaining quality.
- Prior exposure to AI tools or automation is a strong plus.
