About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the brand marketing strategy and effectively utilizing marketing media to promote Ayurveda/nature-based hair and skincare products. As a self-starter, you will lead a team of product managers and marketing executives, collaborate with media agencies, and develop brand positioning and communication frameworks. Additionally, you will create and execute digital and social media marketing strategies, develop the product portfolio, and implement marketing strategies to increase product off-takes.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage brand marketing strategy using various marketing media - Control and optimize large marketing budgets - Build and lead a team of product managers and marketing executives - Collaborate with media agencies, creative agencies, and brand research organizations - Develop brand position and communication frameworks - Create and execute digital and social media marketing strategies - Develop the product portfolio for long-term and immediate term - Work with R&D to develop products to fill portfolio gaps - Develop the right marketing mix for current and new products - Implement strategies to increase off-takes for products in conjunction with the sales team - Monitor brand health parameters like awareness, trial, and satisfaction through tracks/research - Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
