Mission
- Your mission is to build H's marketing engine from a blank canvas. You’ll be responsible for figuring out our most effective growth loops through constant experimentation, while simultaneously crafting a brand narrative that people actually care about. We’re looking for someone who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and deep execution - growing our user base aggressively without ever sacrificing the quality or the authority of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing: The Acquisition Engine – Build a repeatable acquisition machine through high-velocity experimentation. You will own the full funnel—from technical tracking and CRM architecture to executing paid and organic campaigns. You don’t just manage budgets; you get into the tools to build the loops that drive sustainable growth.
- Product Marketing: The Strategic Value – Act as the bridge between our roadmap and the market. You will define our positioning, map the ICP, and translate complex features into high-converting messaging. Operationally, you build the sales decks, website copy, and GTM playbooks that ensure every launch drives immediate adoption.
- Content Marketing: The Authority & Reach – Drive high-signal storytelling that establishes H as an industry authority. You own the narrative—from strategic vision to writing technical whitepapers and managing distribution. You focus on quality over volume to build deep trust with a sophisticated tech audience using the relevant medias (Linkedin, Webiste, Discord…).
- Support H’s presence on tradeshows, conferences and main AI events.
Requirements & Outcome
- 5 year Experience creating and executing marketing strategies in Tech B2B start-ups and/or scale-ups
- Understanding complex IT Solutions, entrepreneur mindset and Hands on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ideally a native English speaker or experience in an English speaking country
Location
- H's teams are distributed throughout France and the UK
- This role is currently in Paris with at least 3 days in office/week
