Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead based in Cary, NC. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. They will analyze industry trends, identify opportunities for growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. The individual will also maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and contribute to the firm's overall success.

• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities in real estate, healthcare, and private equity sectors

• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven ability to lead and work within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in investment management or related industries is a plus
