For our location in Wuppertal, we are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage projects independently, collaborate with internal and external partners, and impress with structured organization and solution-oriented action. As a Marketing Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel and cross-platform marketing measures.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of all marketing activities
• Shaping a clear brand identity that also aligns with the international brand image
• Ensuring brand and campaign quality – and consequently, consistent application of corporate design
• Close collaboration with other departments to develop measures for marketing our new construction projects and existing properties
• Development and preparation of presentations for internal and external target groups
• Content responsibility for the website
• Support in organizing and executing events, trade fairs, and networking events
• Participation in the conception and implementation of photo shoots and content production for internal and external communication channels
• Management and coordination of our external service providers

Requirements

Your professional profile:

• You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, and Media, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in real estate marketing, ideally in a comparable company.
• You possess relevant competitive and industry knowledge.
• Proficient use of standard MS Office and Adobe applications, as well as knowledge of CRM and CMS systems, complete your profile.
• You have excellent command of German and good English skills.
