About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for HOTD HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD DAY 0 game in the Americas. This role will focus on driving user growth, campaign performance, and overall business results through data-driven marketing strategies and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate has experience in mobile gaming, mobile apps, or performance marketing environments, with a strong understanding of user acquisition, ROI optimization, and growth-focused marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage annual multi-channel marketing plans with clear KPIs.
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI analysis for all marketing activities.
- Lead the execution of product launches and promotions to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion, and LTV.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile gaming, free-to-play (F2P) games, or mobile app marketing.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
- Experience supporting international or multilingual marketing campaigns.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities and player behavior.
