As Marketing Manager, you play a key role in accelerating the growth of Coty's Luxury brand portfolio across the Benelux market, working from the Amsterdam Hub.

Reporting into the Hub Marketing organization, you are responsible for localizing and executing brand strategies, ensuring strong go-to-market excellence and impactful 360° activations across distributors and e-commerce partners. You operate at the intersection of brand strategy, commercial execution and cross-functional collaboration, with a clear focus on driving brand equity and business performance.

In this role, you contribute directly to brand growth, commercial performance and execution excellence.

Campaign Execution & Channel Activation

• Lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns, working closely with Media, PR/Influencer, Trade Marketing and Education teams.
• Partner with Commercial teams (Trade Marketing and Sales) to ensure full-funnel activation and aligned messaging across channels.

P&L & Performance Management

• Track and analyze brand performance including sell-in, sell-out, rankings, market share and ROI.
• Own brand P&L and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient investment and strong business impact.
