We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our growing home care agency. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through both digital and community-based marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing and a strong understanding of how to effectively reach patients, families, and referral sources in a competitive market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote agency services and drive patient referrals
  • Manage and grow the agency’s digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and online directories
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM) to generate leads
  • Create and oversee marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and branded content
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization for search engines
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and maintain the agency’s reputation across platforms
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Coordinate and support community outreach initiatives, events, and health fairs to increase visibility
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with growth goals
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Track competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing systems)
  • Experience with content creation, branding, and campaign management
  • Understanding of healthcare services such as CHHA, MLTC, NHTD/TBI waiver programs is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
