We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us grow. Someone who understands lead generation, knows how to spot what’s working and what’s wasting money, and wants to play a real role in building a company with serious growth plans.
We are an established HVAC company with ambitions to grow much bigger as we expand into plumbing and electrical under one strong brand. This is an opportunity to come in, make an impact, and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and improve our Google PPC campaigns
- Oversee and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Help manage and improve our Google Business Profile / GMB presence
- Improve SEO Optimization and website development
- Track marketing performance and help us make smarter decisions based on results
- Analyze campaign performance, lead flow, cost per lead, and ROI
- Work to improve brand awareness and lead generation across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Help with email/SMS marketing, direct mail, and social media as needed
- Research competitor activity, trends, and opportunities in the market
- Work with ownership to build marketing strategies that help us outperform competitors
- Help create promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers that actually drive revenue
- Ensure our marketing reflects the quality, professionalism, and reputation of our company
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role with ownership of campaigns and results
- Strong knowledge of Google PPC, Google LSA, and GMB / Google Business Profile
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
- Someone who is organized, proactive, and accountable
- Strong communication and follow-through
- A sharp eye for branding, messaging, and positioning
- Home services experience is a major plus
- Experience with email/SMS marketing, direct mail, and social media is preferred but not required
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Adobe or similar design platform experience is a plus
