As we continue to expand our operations, we seek to enrich our North American Team with the addition of a Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy, demonstrating a strong global mindset and a proven track record in developing and managing international branding initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our CIRRO Fulfillment brand in the market and developing inbound leads for our sales team. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CIRRO Fulfillment’s annual marketing strategy, calendar, and budget in alignment with the CIRRO global brand team.
- Establish clear market positioning, identify target audiences, and create comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels and segments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including inside sales team, and optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing programs—ensuring alignment, collaboration, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and market data to drive effective marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Plan and manage campaigns that enhance brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative marketing materials and communication strategies that effectively promote CIRRO Fulfillment’s services and capabilities.
- Oversee analytics and reporting across all marketing platforms, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Coordinate public relations and brand development efforts to enhance CIRRO Fulfillment’s reputation and visibility within the logistics and fulfillment industry.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of quarterly event planning and execution, including trade shows, customer events, internal company events, and industry conferences—managing timelines, vendors, budgets, promotions, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Work closely with sales leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall revenue growth and customer acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce fulfillment industry.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaign management, email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, reporting, and CRM integration.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer acquisition processes.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, events, and brand initiatives.
- Strong design and visual content creation abilities, with experience using marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting marketing data and generating actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and report writing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, events, or team members is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of branding, public relations, and event coordination is a plus.
