About the role

Overview

We are a growing fire protection company serving clients across Long Island and the NY Metro area, and now nationwide. Our team specializes in life safety systems, compliance, and service excellence. We are looking for a motivated/energetic, self‑starting Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand, marketing strategy, and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all platforms
  • Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and strategic support for client meetings and growth initiatives
  • Trade Shows & Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, industry events, and community initiatives
  • Customer Communications: Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and upsell/cross‑sell marketing strategies
  • Website Management: Oversee website design, content creation, updates, and overall digital strategy
  • SEO & SEM: Lead search engine optimization and paid search efforts to drive visibility and lead generation
  • Social Media: Manage social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies
  • Design & Production: Coordinate fleet graphics, branded materials, and staff apparel design and production
  • Public Relations: Support PR initiatives, press releases, and corporate communications
  • Community Involvement: Assist in planning and promoting charitable initiatives and company‑sponsored events

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience (fire or construction‑related experience is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website management
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong interest in learning the construction, fire protection, or related industries
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience supporting sales teams and working cross‑functionally
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency

Pay

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
