Role Description We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Kitzbühel. This hybrid role combines in-office responsibilities with the flexibility to work remotely. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all brand, marketing and communication channels. Responsibilities include developing marketing and brand strategies, managing brand initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, creating compelling marketing content (Social Media), and building strong relationships with partners and clients. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring the success of our experiential projects.

Qualifications • Expertise in Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Campaign Management • Strong content creation skills, including Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Copywriting • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Market Research • Event Planning and Coordination experience • Effective communication, team collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Hands-on experience with digital tools, marketing platforms, and project management systems • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in a marketing leadership role and familiarity with lifestyle or experiential marketing are a plus • Both English and German language skills are preferred
