KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Wendell, NC. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating closely with sales to drive revenue growth, and aligning marketing and product strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead cross‑functional teams in marketing, product management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, product development, and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost‑effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/brand marketing, product marketing, or sales marketing.
  • Must be willing to travel (~20%) and assist in set‑up for various trade shows.
  • Previous people management/supervisory and budget management experience.
  • Demonstrated analytic and strategic planning skills.
  • Industry and product knowledge preferred, but not required.
