About the role

L&R Ultrasonics, a leader in manufacturing and sales of ultrasonic systems, seeks a results driven individual to energize, strengthen and transform our brand through B2B development and cross functional marketing tactics.

In this role, the successful candidate will strengthen relationships with current customers while pursuing new opportunities, bringing awareness through social media platforms, creating high-impact content and product initiatives in order to increase sales.

Outline

  • Create and execute engaging content strategies, collaborate across teams, and optimize performance in our industry, building brand awareness while improving customer relationships.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact content and marketing assets that support campaigns, product initiatives, and go-to-market efforts in order to increase sales to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategy across channels, including blog, email, web, campaigns, sales collateral, webinar, and video
  • Write and develop campaign copy across channels, including email, landing pages, paid media, and other campaign assets
  • Partner with the Product team – including our outside marketing firm - to translate product features and updates into clear, compelling, benefit-driven content
  • Support go-to-market initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop impactful sales materials, bringing campaigns to life through strong messaging and creative execution
  • Monitor content performance and incorporate feedback to continuously improve output
  • Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs to inform content development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of product or content marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven Experience creating content for B2B
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ODOO and Google Analytics is a plus – AI creative
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Up to $85,000.00 per year
