Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the steward of the McClung‑Logan brand, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Partner with senior leadership, sales, and product support teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals, supported by clear performance metrics
- Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision‑making
- Support annual budget planning and manage spend throughout the year
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, continuously optimizing for performance and ROI
- Lead SEO and PPC initiatives to expand online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve conversion performance
- Oversee website strategy, development, and ongoing optimization to enhance user experience and conversion
- Support the ownership and enhancement of the CRM program, including user adoption, training, and system improvements
- Own and continuously improve the company's customer portal, driving adoption, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring it delivers measurable value for both customers and the business
- Manage social media and email marketing programs with engaging, targeted content, using performance insights to refine strategy
- Plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen relationships and brand presence, evaluating effectiveness and impact
- Oversee branded merchandise, promotional materials, and inventory
- Manage customer satisfaction initiatives and deliver actionable reporting and insights to leadership
- Develop presentations and reports that inform strategic decisions and highlight marketing performance
- Partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendor partners to maximize efficiency and results
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer marketing requirements and co‑op programs
Skills & Qualifications
- 7‑10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing programs with a focus on ROI
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in:
- Graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar programs
- SEO and PPC platforms
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Self‑starter with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day‑to‑day execution
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and post‑offer drug screening
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds on occasion
- This position may be based in our Richmond, VA or Baltimore, MD office
