About the role
Oxford Solutions is working with a growing organization seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives focused on the healthcare technology space. This is a primarily remote role, but candidates must be within commuting distance of Morgantown, WV for periodic onsite meetings and be open to travel as needed.
The position offers flexibility for part-time hours with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.
This is a highly hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys building, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts directly. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical, with a strong bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement content strategies aimed at healthcare professionals and decision-makers, including blogs, case studies, and digital resources
- Launch and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social platforms, and events to drive pipeline growth
- Develop and refine brand messaging, positioning, and overall market presence
- Oversee website content, performance, and optimization efforts including SEO/SEM initiatives
- Create sales enablement tools such as presentations, product materials, and supporting content for demos
- Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and co-marketing initiatives
- Partner with sales to align messaging, improve lead nurturing efforts, and support campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results
- Manage marketing systems and tools including CRM and automation platforms
- Support visibility efforts through thought leadership content, PR, and speaking opportunities
- Contribute to building and scaling the marketing function over time
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare marketing, particularly in demand generation or growth-focused roles
- Demonstrated success developing marketing programs from the ground up
- Strong writing and content development skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving campaign performance
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Familiarity with healthcare-related marketing considerations and compliance awareness
- Experience managing budgets and prioritizing marketing spend
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Hands-on contributor who can balance strategy with execution
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to healthcare or mental health-related industries
- Product marketing experience
- Knowledge of account-based marketing approaches
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Creative or design experience is a plus
