What you will be doing • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance‑based digital marketing initiatives across key channels (email, web, paid media). • Design, deploy, and rigorously analyse targeted email campaigns, focusing on segmentation and persuasive copywriting. • Partner with teams to create compelling marketing content, including thought leadership, sales enablement tools, and legal staffing/talent case studies. • Ensure strict brand consistency across all collateral, applying visual branding principles and adhering to global standards with design teams. • Align with global/regional stakeholders on campaign goals and timelines, and diligently track and report KPIs for data‑driven improvement. • Develop marketing assets and messaging for talent acquisition campaigns and actively contribute to both organic and paid social media strategies. What our client is looking for • Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on marketing, preferably in staffing, legal talent, or legal services. • Prior experience in a US‑based or global corporate structure. • Confidence in developing and crafting professional, client‑facing materials. • Proficient in email marketing, web platforms, and CRM tools (Marketo/Salesforce a plus). • Familiarity with basic design/branding tools (e.g., Canva). • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive results with minimal supervision, and lead campaigns in a fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environment. • Must be based in South Africa and capable of effective cross‑time‑zone collaboration. • Desirable knowledge includes legal industry marketing, digital campaign insight (lead generation/nurturing), and social media marketing exposure.
