Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM to maximize ROI.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Implement conversion optimization tactics by analyzing user behavior through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Coordinate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce compelling visual content.
- Maintain proficiency in content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms for website updates and blog management.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to refine messaging and improve performance metrics.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook Business Manager for social media management campaigns.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems like WordPress or similar CMS tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and techniques for lead nurturing in a professional environment.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns effectively.
