Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts using advanced SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Oversee content creation across platforms, including website content management systems like WordPress, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience, increase engagement, and boost lead generation through A/B testing and performance marketing tactics
- Coordinate social media management campaigns across Facebook Advertising, social media management tools, and other platforms to grow followers and foster community engagement
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Ads, and SQL for data analysis to track campaign performance, generate insights, and refine marketing strategies
- Lead email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, promote products or services, and improve customer retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives, e-commerce strategies, and HTML/CSS-based website updates to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, conversion optimization techniques, and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for creating compelling visual content
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels
- Demonstrated success in social media management—developing campaigns that increase engagement and brand visibility
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and performance marketing techniques to drive online sales effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
