Responsibilities
- Serving as an onsite brand ambassador during a multi‑month national event series
- Building strong relationships with event partners and internal cross‑functional teams
- Developing marketing copy for email, collateral, social, and internal communications
- Supporting culinary and brand marketing projects during non‑event periods
- Managing creative assets, timelines, and marketing deliverables
- Tracking event performance metrics and producing actionable insights
- Ensuring brand excellence across all consumer‑facing and partner‑facing touchpoints
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally across brand, partnerships, or experiential roles
- Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats
- Experience managing live events, sponsorship activations, or high‑visibility brand experiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong judgment and execution discipline
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and confidently
- Comfortable with heavy travel during event season (15+ weekends) and fast‑paced onsite environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Bonus: Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or CPG marketing.
