Marketing Manager - Chemistry

Excellent opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketing leader to own and deliver global marketing strategy within a scientific instrumentation business. We are seeking a commercially minded, highly organized marketing manager who can lead strategy while remaining directly involved in execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing strategy, product positioning and new-product launches
• Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to drive pipeline and conversion
• Deliver hands-on marketing execution (digital, email, events, collateral and brand content)
• Own Salesforce CRM, reporting, campaign tracking and marketing ROI
• Manage WordPress websites, SEO/SEM and marketing automation
• Lead and develop a small marketing team

Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Chemistry, or similar
• 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Salesforce skills
• Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership
• Experience in scientific markets (chemistry, chromatography, mass spectrometry or purification) strongly preferred
• Willing to travel up to ~25%
