Senior Marketer

Job Summary

The officer will be responsible for mobilizing funds, attracting new individual and institutional investors, and managing client relationships to drive sustainable investment inflows. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in financial marketing, investment mobilization, and relationship management within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective strategies to mobilize funds from individuals and institutional investors.
• Identify, engage, and manage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and strategic partners to drive investment inflow.
• Achieve a monthly fund mobilization target of ₦100 million.
• Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio growth and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on marketing performance, fund inflows, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and investor communication materials.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or investment mobilization preferably within a financial institution (microfinance bank, investment firm, or commercial bank).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed financial and performance targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship management and networking capabilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and financial acumen.
