We are in search of a dynamic and experienced marketing professional dedicated to steering Logitech's growth in the education industry. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of K‑12 and higher education IT decision‑makers and spearheading marketing initiatives for this sector. Your contributions will include devising strategic marketing and communications plans and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to strengthen Logitech's market position.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to deepen engagement with educational institutions (K‑12 and higher education) and achieve set objectives while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
- Audience Insights and Trends: Conduct deep analysis of target audiences, exploring the buying processes and considerations of IT decision‑makers while keeping abreast of industry trends to inform marketing efforts and product development.
- Foundational Materials: Create essential materials such as messaging frameworks, buyer personas, competitive positioning, and customer journeys.
- Content Planning and Creation: Generate impactful marketing content including thought leadership pieces, product datasheets, digital advertising materials, and presentations for webinars/events, activating them across various channels such as email and web.
- Channel Marketing: Design and implement effective programs for key partners, collaborating with channel marketing and sales teams.
- Industry Partnerships: Identify and engage key industry partners and influencers, working alongside partnership marketing and business development teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance to facilitate continuous improvements in marketing efforts with the help of marketing analytics.
Key Qualifications
- Significant experience in B2B marketing within the technology sector.
- In‑depth understanding of marketing to IT decision‑makers in education (K‑12 and higher education).
- Experience in channel marketing.
- Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and influence across multiple functions in a complex organization.
- Capability to translate insights into impactful plans, executing high‑priority strategies to meet business goals.
- Exceptional communication skills including writing, editing, presenting, and public speaking.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving outstanding business results.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
Compensation
This position offers an annual salary typically between $130K and $236K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation may be considered based on candidate qualifications.
