Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Shaping Healthcare Marketing with Foresight and Impact
As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our European marketing organization "Core Europe" with a focus on the DACH region's hospital market. You will actively shape brand presence and market development in a highly relevant, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective marketing and market access strategies for the hospital market together with the team and implement them operationally.
- Manage print and online campaigns across various channels – including media planning, performance measurement, and optimization.
- Organize customer events, training sessions, and trade fair and congress appearances, and competently represent our company externally.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and support market tests in close coordination with global product management.
- Provide strategic input for the further development of the product portfolio and participate in the creation of requirement profiles for new products.
- Be actively involved in budget planning, management, and control for your area of responsibility.
- Work closely with internal interfaces such as Sales, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical & Scientific Affairs, and Corporate Communications.
- Coordinate and maintain collaboration with external partners, e.g., advertising and media agencies.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the regulated healthcare market.
- Experience in B2B marketing and working with medical target groups is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and team orientation.
- Analytical thinking and commercial acumen, combined with decisiveness.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
