Your Responsibilities

  • Implementation and further development of our marketing strategy
  • Planning, coordination, and realization of marketing and communication measures, including newsletters, promotional items, consumables, and gifts
  • Support and further development of our website and social media channels, including content production
  • Creation and coordination of advertising, sales, and communication concepts for our construction and real estate projects
  • Responsibility for employer branding campaigns and recruiting measures in digital and print
  • Participation in internal and external events
  • Collaboration with external agencies and suppliers in various areas

What You Bring

  • Completed vocational training with further education in marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing in Switzerland, ideally in the field of architecture, construction, or real estate
  • High aesthetic and design affinity, as well as a good feel for text, image, and visual quality
  • Experience in content creation, online marketing, and social media
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, Canva, and the web CMS Typo3
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented approach
  • Confident German language skills, both written and spoken
