Your Role

Als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für wirkungsvolle Marketingprojekte, gestalten Kampagnen entlang der Customer Journey und sorgen mit klarer Kommunikation für nachhaltige Ergebnisse – intern wie extern.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing measures for active sales support
  • Plan and manage campaigns & communication projects – digital and classic
  • Create content for website, newsletter, and social media with technical understanding
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize events and trade fair appearances
  • Manage agencies and external service providers
  • Analyze campaign performance, create KPI reports, and derive optimization measures

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing – ideally in a technical environment
  • Holistic understanding of online and offline marketing as well as campaign management
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with external service providers
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and enjoyment in actively driving topics forward
  • Structured, analytical way of working with organizational talent and team spirit
  • Proficient in common tools (e.g., CleverReach, Matomo, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Experience with CMS systems (Typo3 or WordPress); basic knowledge of e-commerce or shop systems is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is desirable
