Your Mission

You will be responsible for our marketing from strategy to daily execution. Your primary focus is the acquisition of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our sales team – this is the key metric by which we measure our mutual success. You will play the full spectrum of marketing – from developing the long-term strategy and setting up campaigns to performance tracking. Your goal is to establish Lissi GmbH as the most recognized brand for digital identities in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop our long-term marketing strategy and position Lissi as the leading authority for digital identities in Europe.
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Paid, Direct, Events) with a clear focus on new customer acquisition.
  • Marketing Operations: Take full ownership of our marketing tech stack. You will manage the website (Webflow), configure inbound forms, and build sophisticated automation workflows in HubSpot. You ensure that every activity is tracked, monitored, and runs smoothly.
  • Content Creation & SEO: Act as our "Storyteller." You create compelling content – from technical articles to high-stakes presentations – using AI as a co-pilot for maximum efficiency. You optimize for SEO and ensure our message reaches the right technical and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Organize our presence at key industry events, ensuring high impact and effective lead capture.
  • Sales Enablement & CRM: Support the sales team by providing enriched lead data and maintaining a clean CRM. You bridge the gap between marketing interest and sales activity.
  • Creative Direction: Manage our external UI/UX agency to ensure all visual assets and website updates meet our high standards of quality and brand identity.

Your Profile

  • Industry Expertise (Must-Have): 3+ years of experience in a high-growth technology company, ideally within Cybersecurity, IAM (Identity & Access Management), IDV, Trust Services, or similar sectors.
  • Technical Literacy: You are comfortable working with API-based products. You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand how to market technical software components to sophisticated B2B buyers.
  • Automation Pro: A proven track record of configuring and managing HubSpot and other growth tools to drive measurable business results.
  • Bilingual Excellence: Native-level fluency (C2) in both German and English. You can write high-authority content in both languages.
  • Mindset: Radical Ownership. You are "hungry," proactive, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a scaling startup. You prefer building processes to following manuals.
  • AI-First: Embracing AI is a must. You are an eager learner of LLMs and automation tools to scale content creation and optimize marketing workflows.

Requirements
