R2 is partnering with an established leader in the sporting goods industry to find an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing professional who thrives in brand storytelling, digital engagement, and organic growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across email marketing and social media platforms, particularly Meta and LinkedIn, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives including SEO, copywriting, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute organic marketing initiatives across email and social media channels
• Develop engaging brand messaging and storytelling strategies
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
• Support SEO efforts and create compelling written marketing content
• Collaborate on paid advertising strategies to drive audience growth and engagement
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen overall brand presence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in email marketing and social media marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, copywriting, and paid digital advertising
• Experience with Meta and LinkedIn campaign management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to brand development
• Bonus skills: videography and/or photography experience
