The Role

We're looking for a data‑driven Paid Media Marketing Manager to own and scale patient acquisition across Meta and Google for Extension Health's West Village and Midtown locations. You'll manage campaigns end‑to‑end — from strategy and audience building to creative briefing, optimization, and reporting — working closely with our external agency and internal leadership to hit booking targets and grow efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Own paid media strategy and day‑to‑day execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Manage campaign structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategy, and budget pacing
  • Brief and collaborate with creative to develop high‑performing ad concepts and copy
  • Monitor performance daily and make data‑driven optimizations to improve CPL and ROAS
  • Build and maintain weekly paid media reporting — translating data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Work with the external agency to align on strategy, review deliverables, and manage timelines
  • Identify new paid channels and growth opportunities (YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, etc.)
  • Ensure all ad creative and landing pages are HIPAA‑compliant and aligned with LegitScript standards
  • Support campaign builds for new service launches, seasonal promotions, and membership acquisition

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on paid media experience, with demonstrable Meta and Google Ads expertise
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets
  • Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets ($30K+/month)
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution
  • Experience briefing creative for paid social — you know what makes an ad stop the scroll
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment where priorities shift
  • Genuine interest in longevity, health optimization, or functional medicine is a big plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience running paid media for a healthcare, wellness, or medical brand
  • Familiarity with HIPAA‑compliant advertising and Meta's health & wellness ad restrictions
  • Experience with LegitScript certification or healthcare ad compliance
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • Exposure to CRM or lifecycle marketing tools
