Marketing Manager Personal Care & Beauty Switzerland (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for cosmetic brand groups at the national level.
• Creation and implementation of short- and medium-term plans from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
• Development of holistic marketing measures to ensure a strong sales and revenue business.
• Execution of specific marketing activities for defined target groups, including continuous efficiency control.
• Implementation of the media plan in consumer and trade press as well as in the digital sector.
• Support of Key Account Partners and thematic support of the Sales Team.
• Planning and operational implementation of merchandising measures for Key Accounts.
• Leading and coordinating national POS or retail activities according to Brand Group guidelines in agreement with the Marketing Director.
• Preparation and presentation of presentation materials and cycle documents in marketing and sales meetings.
• Organization and support of congresses, colloquia, and symposia.
• Continuous execution of situation analyses based on internal and external market data, and derivation and recommendation of corrective measures.
• Support of the Sales Department in terms of conditions, annual negotiations, and segmentation processes.

Your Profile

• A "doer" personality accustomed to driving projects with personal commitment.
• University degree in Marketing.
• Proven success in the Personal Care & Beauty sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the latest social media trends.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and comfortable in the digital world.
• Ability to gather foundational data for campaigns, including market data, competitor analyses, scheduling, and costs, to ensure high campaign implementation.
• Decisive with a flair for design.
