Growth Marketing Manager to help scale the business from €40M to €100M. The objective will be to lead growth across pipeline generation, conversion, and market expansion on an international level. Own the performance of growth channels (Paid, Content, Lifecycle) with a focus on attribution and optimization. You have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing within B2B SaaS. You are a "doer"—strategic but highly operational and comfortable in an agile environment. You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills to drive commercial decisions. You have the ability to work across international markets (France, UK, LATAM). You excel at stakeholder management and collaborating with Revenue, Product, and Sales teams. Full remote work authorized (offices based in Paris).
