Position Overview

The LOB Marketing Manager – Residential Moving is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth, enhance brand awareness and increase customer engagement in the residential moving segment. This position reports directly to the Chief marketing office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the Residential Moving Line of Business, including new customer acquisition, retention, revenue generation and brand loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Leverage these insights to inform marketing plans and decision-making.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation by ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all marketing activities and customer touchpoints.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships that complement and expand Hilldrup's reach in the residential moving market.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop programs and initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, using feedback and data to continually improve offerings and services.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Brand Ambassador: In conjunction with local market teams, help develop and promote Hilldrup’s presence by identifying centers of influence, potential referral partners and key local relationships that position Hilldrup as the preferred choice for residential moving and storage services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the residential moving, logistics, or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in digital and growth marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proven track record of successfully performing similar functions in a similar industry or adjacent industry.
